Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the MicroSaaS Template, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at notraces@microsaastemplate.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are only available for the original purchaser.
- Upon receiving a refund, your license to use the MicroSaaS Template will be revoked, and you must delete all copies of the software.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
